Privacy Policy

For the applications hosted on BizMax · Last updated July 19, 2026

Who this policy covers

BizMax builds and hosts a small family of independent web applications — each one a focused tool that helps you get a specific job done. This policy explains what information those apps collect from the people who use them, why, and the choices you have. It applies whenever you create an account or use one of our hosted apps.

We are the operator of these apps. If you have any questions about your privacy, you can reach us any time at accounts@ewmnow.com.

Information we collect

We keep this deliberately small. We collect:

  • Account information. When you sign up, we store your email address and, if you provide it, your name. If you register with a password, we store it only as a securely hashed value — we never keep your actual password and cannot read it.
  • Sign-in with Google (optional). If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google confirms your identity and shares your email address and name with us. That is all we receive — we do not get your Google password, contacts, or any other Google data, and we do not post anything to your Google account.
  • The content you create in the app. Whatever you write, enter, or generate while using an app (for example, a document, plan, reply, or draft) is saved to your account so you can come back to it.
  • Basic technical and usage data. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers receive standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages and actions within the app — used to keep the service working, secure, and improving.

We do notknowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of data that the app doesn’t need to do its job.

How we use your information

  • To create and secure your account and log you in.
  • To provide the app’s core features and save your work so it’s there when you return.
  • To send you service-related email — for example, helping you finish something you started or letting you know about your account. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in the message.
  • To understand how the app is used, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and make the product better.
  • To process payments if you choose to make a purchase, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

How your information is stored and protected

Your account and app data are stored in a managed cloud database. Access is restricted, connections are encrypted in transit, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No method of storage or transmission is ever perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.

Third-party services we rely on

We use a few trusted providers to run the apps. Each receives only the information it needs for its role:

  • Google Sign-In — to verify your identity when you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Stripe— to process payments securely. If you make a purchase, your card details are entered on Stripe’s systems; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Meta (Facebook) advertising and analytics — to measure ad performance and understand sign-ups. Where an email is shared for this purpose it is hashed (scrambled) before it is sent.
  • Email delivery — to send the service email described above.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers listed above so they can perform their function for us, or where we are legally required to.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: an essential cookie that keeps you signed in, and analytics/advertising cookies that help us measure how the apps and our ads perform. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling the essential cookie will sign you out.

Your choices and rights

  • Access or correct your data. You can view and update much of your information directly in the app.
  • Delete your account and data. Email us at accounts@ewmnow.com and we will delete your account and associated data.
  • Unsubscribe from email. Use the link in any non-essential message, or contact us.
  • Revoke Google access. You can remove this app’s access from your Google Account’s security settings at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
